1. What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. PST timezone. You can contact us during these business hours on the chat. You can also contact Eva 603-839-9287 for other inquiries.
If you have an inquiry that you left in the chat, please make sure your email is correct & we will reply with an answer in your email.
2. What is your return policy?
You, the consumer, have the right to cancel this purchase agreement within 10 days of purchase. To cancel this transaction, email a written notice to Platinum Global. Verbal notice of cancellation shall be deemed invalid. All cancellation requests and any subsequent communications must contain your full name, address, and date of purchase. All refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of your cancellation notice.
If you'd like to return your product, you're liable for the shipment cost for the return. There will also be a 10% restocking fee.
3. Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes, we can ship outside Canada. Please email us at angelica@platinumglobal.ca with your location so we can calculate the cost for shipping to your location. Orders outside of Canada will have a custom invoice sent to you. This will be sent to your email and once we receive the funds, we will continue with your order.
4. What forms of payment do you take?
You can use your credit card, visa debit card, etransfer & cash. Full payment must be receive prior to releasing any product.
5. Do you have financing available?
Yes we go. We partnered with Karrera Finance to allow our customers to have the ease of cost with payments.
All financing applications are for Canadian Residents only.
6. How can I process my finance application?
First, please choose the products you'd like to order on our shop. At check out, click the form of payment as financing. After completing the order, please have the total cost of the order ( including shipping & taxes) handy.
After completing the order, please go to www.karrerafinance.com. You will need to fill out all the boxes with the **. There will be a section where you'll need the total cost of the order and the software will give you a breakdown of monthly cost up to 60 months. Please choose which one works in your budget. Once completed, we will wait for the financing company to approve your application. When you've been approved we will contact you with the great news & continue with your order.
7. Do I have a tracking number with my order?
Yes, once we ship out your order you will receive your tracking number. Please check your spam in case the email sent was sent there. Please search 'Platinum Global'
8. When do you ship out orders?
We ship out orders on Tuesday & Friday during the week.
9. I don't want to do financing but I'd like to do layaway. Do you have this option?
Yes, we can do layaway option. Please contact Eva 604-839-9287. We will accept e-transfer and visa payments for this option. We can layaway up to 3 months maximum.
