French Toast with the Platinum Cookware

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Butter for cooking

Steps:

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla together in a bowl.
  2. Dip bread slices into the egg mixture and coat evenly.
  3. Heat Platinum cookware and add butter.
  4. Place bread in the pan and cook each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with maple syrup & blueberry compote
