CHICKEN MARENGO

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 red and green bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup button mushrooms
  • 1 large carrot, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Platinum Cookware on medium heat for 3 minutes, allowing the multi-layered metal to distribute heat evenly.
  2. Add minced garlic and brown slightly without oil.
  3. Add the chicken, mushrooms, carrots, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Stir well.
  4. Place bell peppers on top and cover with the lid.
  5. Wait for the Thermo Control Knob to reach 40-50.
  6. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes. No extra water is needed, as the cookware’s waterless technology retains all natural moisture.
