- 2 red and green bell peppers, cut into strips
- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs

- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
