Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium-sized onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • Soy sauce to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Platinum Cookware on medium heat for 3 minutes, allowing the multi-ply construction to distribute heat evenly.
  2. Add the minced garlic and lightly brown it, using the cookware’s non-stick surface for oil-free cooking.
  3. Add the chicken, onion, red pepper, tomato sauce, black pepper, and soy sauce. Stir to mix.
  4. Cover with the lid and wait for the Thermo Control Knob to reach 40-50.
  5. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes, using the waterless cooking method to retain nutrients and enhance flavors naturally.
