BEEF SCALLOPS

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. tenderloin, sliced thinly
  • 2 tsp. butter, rubbed on meat
  • 1 large onion, cut into rings

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Platinum Cookware on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Arrange the meat in a single layer and top with mushrooms and onions.

  4. Once the correct temperature is reached, turn the heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.
